Loan Policies
Most materials in the regular collection have a 15 school day circulation period. Some reference materials can be checked out, usually overnight. Current issues of magazines don’t circulate. Back issues can be checked out for three days.
Materials can be renewed as many times as necessary unless someone has put a hold on a title. To renew your checked out materials simply come to the circulation desk and ask to renew. You need not have the materials with you.
We do not charge fines for overdue materials. However, students will not receive their report card and may not purchase dance bids or get their yearbook until they have returned or paid for all overdue materials. Reminders sent to students include the replacement price of the book. Lost or damaged materials must be paid for at the bookkeeper’s office.
